crypto_sha3_256
Accelerate a SHA3-256 (Keccak sponge) implementation while preserving correct Keccak-f permutations and sponge semantics on test vectors. It differs structurally from SHA-256 and highlights optimization of the round function and state layout for modern CPUs.
